Pictured: Dean E. Hale and Theresa A. Seeley, cofounders of Inside Addiction

Dean had suffered from alcoholism and drug addiction for over half of his life. He was a disc jockey and got caught up in the night life and bar scene. After attempting suicide and several overdoses, Dean got help. Dean has decided he should be part of the solution for just as long as he was the problem. Dean is now 38 years old and has dedicated his life to educating and raising awareness about the disease of addiction. Dean is currently a residential counselor at a substance abuse treatment facility.

Theresa is 38 years old and has been an educator for over 14 years. She is currently working on her PhD. Theresa is a recovering alcoholic.
